Notes: With the Reverse Harem genre, all the love interests are there for and "all about the MC". Sometimes those love interest have intimate relationships with each other, but mostly not. I don't know if the gay harems I've been coming across follow the same rules. So this might not be poly, which has a romantic balance between all characters, but I'm not sure what word I would use to categorize the relationship structure.
