Coming Soon: Ruby Red Booty Shorts and a Louisville Slugger

I have a new release coming up on Wednesday, March 2nd. Ruby Red Booty Shorts and a Louisville Slugger already has it's first 5 Star pre-release review from Inked Rainbow Reviews. Yay!

Ruby Red is an contemporary Urban Fantasy with a hero who grew up rough and took those lessons with him. Like the reviewer said, there is violence. Unlike a police periodical or a spy story where a certain amount of violence is expected, here it might surprise readers who aren't familiar with the original book. LOL! I'm blaming my husband. He helped me develop Diego, and of all the characters I've created so far, Diego is Jason's favorite. You aught to see him when I mention Ruby Red or Diego. He practically does this fist pump thing and always says Diego is the best.

For those of you who read the original story that was only 22k, it has been revised and doubled in length. The heart of the story is the same, the kinky sex scene is still there, but events have been reordered. The book starts out when Diego is a pre-teen and instead of all the telling I did in the original, here you get to see what happened to make Diego pick up the bat. You get to see how he discovered his kink, when he met Beck, get to know his best friend, Denise. Lots and lots of showing, y'all, and the story is so much better for it. I'm so immensely pleased with the finalized version. And really, the COVER. I just want to say that I love the cover to pieces.

Currently, Ruby Red is up for pre-order at Less Than Three Press's Website at a discount. I'll leave you with the blurb. I'll have a suitable excerpt for next week's posting. :)

Blurb:

Eager to escape the shadows of a tragic loss, Diego built a new life with his best friend, Beck. When he finally decided one night to admit that he's in love with Beck, that new life takes a new, hot and happy turn. But happiness is easily shattered, as he's learned all too well, and this time it's ruined by the arrival of a mysterious package and then men bent on violence.

Memories of a dead brother and an untouchable drug lord rise inevitably to the surface, and Diego dreads that the man he loves is mired in the world that Diego tried to escape. But Beck's secrets aren't so simple, and neither is the world in which Diego has been living...

Thank you for stopping by and reading!!
