What Are Reading?

I started this post while Dad was in the hospital. I thought that I would be spending a lot of time sitting with him and because he dozed a lot I would have time to get in some reading. Sharing what I read through the week was a planned cathartic activity to get my mind off things while he recovered. As you know he didn't, passing away shortly afterwards.

With the original purpose gone I briefly considered dropping the Sunday post. Nobody really cares what I read anyway and the activity was to be an outlet for me. If others joined in, great! But if not, okay.

Now I believe I will continue with the weekly post. It's still fun. Still cathartic. And a time to think about my dad.

My rules are still the same:  I won't talk negatively about the books I post here. I won't give star ratings or a review. This is me saying, "Hey! I read this and liked it." If y'all have something that you liked, and wanted to give a shout out to then by all means, go for it.
