Alpha Trine Receives An Honorable Mention

Received the best news today. Alpha Trine made the honorable mention list for the 2014 Rainbow Awards *goofy grin*

What does this mean? A judge rated Alpha Trine a 36 or above out of 40 but it doesn't necessarily mean I'm a finalist. The announcement for the finalists won't go up until after October 1st sometime.

Seriously, I'm all good right now with the warm melty feeling of simply receiving the mention. The judge's comment was awesome as well.

"Honestly this is one of the best books I've read this year. It is a rich, full world with rich, full characters. I couldn't have asked for a better sci-fi book. Sci-fi is one of the hardest (in my opinion) genres to write in, and it's rare (for me) that a story captures my interest so thoroughly."

A huge thank you for Elisa and all the judges for the 2014 Rainbow Awards. There were over 500 submissions. What a enormous undertaking.

I've provided the link to the announcement. I encourage to you check out the other Honorable Mentions. There are so many great books listed.  http://reviews-and-ramblings.dreamwidth.org/4440695.html
